Rubicon's Tesla Model X adventures

After a successful week of E-mobility activities in Cape Town, Rubicon’s Hilton and Nick, drove back to Joburg with our Tesla Model X, enjoying the breathtaking scenery along the way.

The pair experienced range anxiety – the feeling of uncertainty about whether they’ll make it to the next charging station in time. But with a little planning, Hilton and Nick were able to overcome this and continue their journey with ease.

They were impressed by how the network of charging stations has grown and become more accessible to electric vehicle owners in South Africa – stopping several times along the route to charge the Model X.

The duo arrived back in Joburg, delighted to have experienced the power of sustainable transport.
