Jinko Solar 620W Tiger Neo N-Type Bifacial Dual-Glass TOPCon Solar Panel

The Jinko Solar JKM620N-66HL4M-BDV is a 620W Tiger Neo N-type TOPCon bifacial module with dual glass and 22.95% module efficiency.

N-type TOPCon cells with Jinko's HOT 3.0 and SMBB technology give lower LID/LeTID degradation, better low-light performance and a -0.29%/°C power temperature coefficient, along with an anti-PID guarantee. Degradation is 1% in year one and 0.40% a year after that (87.4% at year 30), backed by a 30-year linear power warranty and a 12-year product warranty.

The 2.0 mm anti-reflective front glass and 2.0 mm heat-strengthened back glass sit in an anodised aluminium frame certified to 5400 Pa front and 2400 Pa rear static load, with an IP68 junction box. With 80% (±5%) Pmax bifaciality, the rear face adds yield on ground-mount and carport arrays.

• Silver anodised aluminium frame with clear dual glass. Output cables are 4.0 mm², +400/-200 mm.
