Canadian Solar TOPBiHiKu6 620W Solar Panel, N-type, Bifacial TopCon EVO2

The Canadian Solar CS6.2-66TB-620 is a 620W N-type TOPCon bifacial solar module from the TOPBiHiKu6 series, delivering up to 23.0% efficiency — among the highest-yield panels in commercial supply.

N-type TOPCon cells give it excellent low-light performance and very low degradation: no more than 1% in year one and 0.4% a year thereafter, backed by a 30-year linear performance warranty. Being bifacial, it generates up to 85% additional power from the rear face when ground- or carport-mounted over a reflective surface.

The dual-glass construction and anodized aluminium frame are rated to 6000 Pa snow and 5400 Pa wind load, and the IP68 junction box with three bypass diodes suits demanding installations.
