Canadian Solar 635W TOPBiHiKu6 N-Type Bifacial TOPCon Solar Panel

The Canadian Solar CS6.2-66TB-635 is a 635W N-type TOPCon bifacial dual-glass module from the new TOPBiHiKu6 series, with 23.5% front-side module efficiency.

N-type TOPCon cells give a -0.29%/°C power temperature coefficient for better output in the heat, plus anti-LeTID and anti-PID performance. Degradation is capped at 1% in year one and 0.4% a year after that, backed by a 30-year linear power warranty and a 12-year enhanced product warranty.

With 80% power bifaciality (up to 85%), the rear face adds yield on ground-mount and carport arrays. The 2.0 mm + 2.0 mm heat-strengthened dual-glass build in an anodised aluminium frame is rated to 5400 Pa snow and 2400 Pa wind load, tested against 35 mm hail to IEC 61215, and uses an IP68 junction box with three bypass diodes.

Good to know before you quote it

• Large format: 2382 x 1134 x 30 mm, 32.8 kg. Check rail spans and clamp zones for 2.4 m modules.
• Voc 49.4 V and Isc 16.22 A at STC. Maximum series fuse rating is 35 A. Check the inverter's per-MPPT current limit, because bifacial gain raises the operating current.
• The datasheet lists T6 or MC4-EVO2A connectors. Confirm the connector on delivered stock against the EVO2 in the SKU.
• Silver anodised aluminium frame with clear dual glass. The 635W figure is the front-side STC rating.
